Our Project Manager will work closely with your tour representatives to create the best credentialing system possible. Part of our approach with this program – keep it simple, yet effective. We understand the need for a system that allows your guests to access the places you designate, but also allows for a safe production area and a relaxed environment for your performer. There are now a myriad of systems and credential manufacturers to choose from. This includes “hard card,” “time expire systems” and more traditional laminate and stick on pass systems. Your 5280 Project Manager has the experience to help you navigate this sometimes confusing area and can take the lead in system design and implementation. We can use your artwork or design and present you with unique and original possibilities. We will work directly with the chosen supplier and can take on this cumbersome task to allow your management more time to focus on your artist.
For larger events or environments that require more stringent access control, the 5280 Group has access to the most technologically advanced accreditation program available. This credential registration and access control system is web based, multi-lingual, completely secure and customized to the individual clients’ needs. These capabilities allow us to interface with law enforcement agencies to provide data for background checks, links to terrorist watch lists, and other law enforcement activities. 5280 takes the lead in deploying state-of-the-art technology throughout our operation. We exclusively use composite laminates and surface printed cards which can include a wide variety of technical security options. These options include magnetic strips, bar codes, holograms, signature panels, invisible ink, microfine printing, watermarks and unique DNA markers.
